+ A really well designed and nice looking hotel, with very nice personell. Welcome complimentary local champaigne is a perfect start for Georgian getaway. Breakfast is in a well designed cafe that is part of the hotel and gives perfect vibes to start a day. − During our stay we had power outages, but as it was a national thing duri g our stay, the hotel cannot and should not be held to fault.

Best hotel in tbilisi 😍 + I had an amazing 5-night stay at Riverside Hotel, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to the wonderful reception team Vika, Tingo, and Mariam for always being kind, welcoming, and helping me with everything. Also, thank you to Aya, Annie, and the lovely restaurant manager Tiffany for making every breakfast so enjoyable with your warm hospitality. Everyone at this hotel was incredibly friendly and professional. If I ever come back to Tbilisi, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my trip unforgettable! Highly recommended—book this hotel, you won't regret it. See you again soon! ❤️

Dissatisfied − My guests did not have warm water in the room. We reported it several times. They moved guests after 1 day of cold water in different room,where air conditioner was not working (outside was 33 degrees celsius)... then guests were moved back in their old room( 1 am! Tired and sleepy),cause they said all other rooms were taken... 5 star hotel should not have this type of issue. On top of that,they said only sorry. Guests did not get any compensation

+ המלון שוכן בבניין עתיק שנבנה ב-1896, היה בית מגורים והוסב למלון בוטיק אותנטי ומיוחד. חדרים מרווחים ומפנקים, שירות אדיב וטוב, דלפק קבלה 24 שעות ביממה, מיקום מרכזי. נהננו, מומלץ בחום. − יש נזילה קבועה באמבטיה.

+ It wasn’t my first time at this hotel. I had a wonderful stay again at River side. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.Especially thanks to Tengo he is my good friend:) The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and the service was consistently great throughout my stay.

Yöpyminen historiallisessa hotellissa. + Tiffany kahvila oli persoonallisesti kalustettu ja aamiainen oli hyvä. Hyvä palvelu. Kauniisti, vanhaa kunnioittaen kunnostettu hotelli − Liikenne ulkopuolella oli tosi vilkasta.

Really good hotel and staff, highly recommended to stay in Tbilisi + It is a beautiful boutique hotel with nice architecture and excellent decorative interior design. Room was spacious with good bed and washroom size. A nice mini bar with lot of options available in the room. Beautiful terrace restaurant on 6th floor and nice balcony next to the room. Staff was really nice and cooperative. Breakfast was also good − No good restaurants or supermarket in close vicinity
