Value for money accommodation, nice/clean room, friendly staff. + Friendly staff, nice room and furniture, free coffee at reception, common laundry with dryers free of charge. Only few minutes walk to shopping malls and subway station. − Nothing really, other than not in the most central location of Hangzhou but that was reflected in the room rates.

Exceptional + It has common washing machine and laundry dryer - 24hrs. It has a robotic machine to deliver food orders, very cool. Toilet bowls have inbuilt sensor and controller for spray, drying and flushing. Staff are very friendly. The traffic noise is totally masked - good quality sound-proofing window panels. − Nothing

+ Very modern, spacious and clean rooms with nice facilities, big bathroom and shower − The AC was centrally turned off even though it was unusually hot for January, resulting in 26°C room temperature even with a running fan that was brought by staff, which was extremely uncomfortable and got even worse when showering or using the hair dryer. All employees barely spoke English, which is a little surprising in a hotel run by a big American hotel chain
