Eye-opening + Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Cleaners were super nice and always did their best to respect my privacy but also bring me water etc, when I actually forgot I needed it haha. Place was clean, neighborhood was nice and relaxed, very family-oriented. Weather was incredible. Place has a laundry and provides some detergent as well for you to wash your clothes, and they will do the work if you want to, you just put a note and they’ll handle it. China in general is an incredibly underrated country to visit, I loved every day I was there. − Not a single thing was bad. Experience for me was great.

Nice hotel, but incorrectly reporting its location + The rooms are nice, and the staff is very helpful. − The main disadvantage is that the location information in the description of the hotel is plain wrong. It says "the hotel is a 5-minute walk from Suzhou International Expo Center and less than 0.6 mi from Suzhou Ferris Wheel". In fact, the hotel is 5 metro stops from the International Expo Center, and it takes at least 30-40 minutes to get there. I don't know where does this glitch come from, but it definitely came as an unpleasant surprise for me. I strongly recommend the hotel to fix it. Another thing is that the staff at the reception does not really speak English. Like, at all. If you don't speak Chinese, you only option is machine translation. I understand it's common in China, but still I was expecting more from a large hotel chain in a very central city like Suzhou.

Good Hotel. Location different than advertised − The hotel was in a different location than advertised in the website and in Booking.com Google maps doesn't work in China. Rather, look up the hotel address using a china-capable maps like Amap.
