+ The hotel was beautiful and has a lot of fun amenities. If you open your windows you can faintly hear the amusement park next door but it wasn’t too bad. They don’t use the AC as much during the summer so the rooms don’t get too cold at night. But overall we loved biking around the property, playing in the pool, and relaxing on the balcony. It was a very nice hotel.

A 5 Stars Hotel far from the city center + We booked a fun and cute family room. Our kids were happy with the decorations. This is a new and premium 5 Stars hotel, but it is located a bit far from the city center. This hotel is not recommended if you plan to do a shopping at night.

Inept front desk staff + The property is well kept and clean. The facilities are quite nice. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around. The restaurant food is good. − The front desk seems to be lacking training. They asked us to come 3 times to make a deposit. The reason each time being: 1st time we didn't pay enough. 2nd time we didn't pay enough . 3rd time: you need to pay the whole stay first and then pay for deposit. This is the first time it's happened to us honestly. Usually you have all our details from booking.com anyways, or you ask for our cc details upon our checking in. It was quite annoying to be called numerous times by the front desk until 9pm, to which our kids were in bed by then. Getting woken up by the front desk because of their inability to train their staff proper about the guest checking in routine is just baffling.

+ The hotel is beautiful from the moment the car pulls up out the front. It's huge with 420 rooms. My rooms was quite a walk from the lift was there was a view everywhere. The room was quite large and had everything I needed to enjoy my 4 nights. − The room was hot and it took me a few days to work out the air conditioning.

Spacious, relaxed and friendly, delicious breakfast! + We decided to book an extra night because the hotel was so nice. Lovely walks by the lake ! − We couldn’t find out about the ancient Dian people despite the name of the resort and area - even though we asked several people.
