− Le personnel pourrait être un peu plus agréable avec des étrangers et faire une compréhension parce qu’ils veulent pas savoir ni parler anglais alors qu’ils savent parler anglais

+ Расположение. Недалеко от вокзала и трассы до терракотовой армии. Просторные номера, потрясающий вид с 31 этажа − Персонал не говорит по-английски от слова совсем. Это не марриот,не стоит ожидать уровень сети. Ночью была гроза и шум в номере был жутким,ветер завывал, спать при таком было сложно. Стены коридора требуют ремонта ,как и сами номера.

Overall, our stay was good. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The loc + The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. Allowed for a late check out which was greatly appreciated. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The location was about 5 minutes from the train station (north) and there was a plaza next door to grab food. − The air conditioning wasn’t great and we had to call them about it twice. The Mini-fridge was warm

+ Хубава гледка от високите етажи към цял Сиан − Малко трудно се стига пеша от жп гарата, изглежда близо, но трябва да се заобикаля. Задължително такси от жп гарата въпреки, че пише 1 км не може да се стигне заради надлезите

Good breakfast, near train station north + Good buffet breakfast and large rooms. Good location if you travel from Xian North Railway Station, otherwise quite far from the city center. − The room had moisture stains on the walls and was generally not in the greatest of conditions. Some people were smoking in the halls so it smelled of cigarette smoke. The elevators were dirty. Cleanliness should definitely be worked on.

Buona posizione. Buon hotel se sei di passaggio + Hotel in buona posizione rispetto alla stazione dei treni di Xi an. Personale disponibile e con buona comunicazione in lingua inglese. Camera al 32esimo piano con vista sulla stazione e i palazzi circostanti. Dimensioni della camera molto grande. Abbiamo usufruito di un late check out ad un prezzo buono. − Purtroppo c’era odore di fumo sia nelle camere che nei corridoi, nonostante i cartelli con divieto di fumare. Ciò ha reso il soggiorno non dei migliori. Colazione con prodotti non di elevata qualità.

+ La posizione è comoda con la stazione − La pulizia, ho trovato insetti morti e vivi che sono rimasti sul pavimento per tre giorni

+ La stanza era molto grande e pulita . Il letto era grande e comodo . La posizione abbastanza buona se si arriva a notte fonda alla stazione nord, la stazione è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi , la camminata è piacevole perché si attraversa una via piena di ristoranti di bar e di minimarket. La metropolitana consente di arrivare in centro in 20 minuti . − In due notti non mi è mai stata rifatta la camera.

Hotel nella media + Camera molta grande, ottima colazione − Bagno non pulito (piastrelle delle doccia con calcare) e condizionatore molto rumoroso. Ho prenotato una camera tripla (per tre adulti) ma tutti gli asciugamani, gli accessori bagno e ciabatte erano per due persone. Ci hanno dato una sola chiave. Vale il prezzo basso pagato. Non è di certo un 5 stelle.
