Just let me control the room temperature! + The room was too hot. I could not control the temperature from my room and so I slept badly and found it uncomfortable. Otherwise, the stay was nice and the staff were super friendly.

Lovely hotel highly recommended + This is a lovely hotel and much better than the others in Lanzhou. The rooms and facilities are excellent and it is in a great location opposite to a really nice park and a short walk from the river tourist sites. Also well served by an adjacent shopping mall and several restaurants were a westerner can actually order nice food which is rare in this city.

Good hotel. Good value. Good location + Unfortunately althought we asked a non smoking room at the time of booking. They gave us a smoking room The restaurant was closed because privatised So they advised to go to the second restaurant where we couldn t eat as they closed it at 9 pm. We had to ho outside. Not admissible !

The very best of Lanzhou + This was a wonderful place to stay -- the very best in Lanzhou. The hotel was so beautiful and clean. The staff and especially the manager were so thoughtful throughout my stay. And, I absolutely loved listening to the Chinese traditional music played in the lobby.
