Peaceful stay with family + Lovely spot to stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. Great spot to explore from. Breakfast was simple and made to order. Was a peaceful place to spend our nights. − It was hard to find at first. It is tucked down some alleys and cars are not allowed. Be mindful if you have a lot of luggage.

An unforgettable stay in Hangzhou—beautiful traditional atmosphere, great views, and value for money. + Everything about our stay at The Moon and Six Pence Hotel Hangzhou was amazing! The room was super clean, extremely spacious, and very tidy, featuring super comfortable beds and lovely views. The classic architecture made us feel like we were living in old China. The location is a complete 10/10—just a 1-minute walk from the river and right next to an awesome temple. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, and the breakfast was really nice every morning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting! − Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

+ Eine super schöne Lage, in einem historischen Viertel ohne Autos. Tolle Läden, Cafés und Restaurants daneben. Ein sehr schönes altes Gebäude, mit neuer Ausstattung. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Flug ging ein Tag früher als ich dachte. Das ist mir erst am Tag davor ausgefallen. Netterweise haben sie noch am selben Tag die letze Übernachtung für mich storniert. Das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich und ich schätze den Aufwand sehr.

Si pudiera, le pondría un 11 sobre 10. + Es un negocio familiar y eso se nota. El hotel no es fácil de encontrar, puesto que está metido en la zona peatonal del paseo del canal, en un sitio precioso, y ahí estaban esperándonos, para llevarnos las maletas y acompañarnos al hotel. Las habitaciones preciosas donde dormimos muy muy bien. El desayuno, excepcional - había dos versiones, una "occidental" y otra "china" y ninguna de ella decepciona - la verdad es que después de varios días comiendo desayuno chino, uno occidental con sus tostadas, huevos escalfados y champiñones, no está nada mal. − Nada, absolutamente nada.
