Very well + Well located, just in the center, 1 minute from Subway station. 20 steps from Nanjing Road walking path way − Not internet access for occidental people, not TV channels too, very far away to ATM,

Comfortable hotel + Location of the hotel was perfect - especially for a first time visit to Shanghai. Staff were friendly, and room was clean and modern.

Convenient location. Comfy room which could do with a proper clean. + Close to subway, shops and the Bund Complimentary waters Good sized room Friendly staff − Difficult to find, walked past it twice Room not clean. Dropped soap on the floor and when I picked it up it had large, thick black hairs on it Language barrier (I know I'm in China) but wouldn't call me when luggage arrived - told me to return hourly! Didn't answer any messages I sent via booking.com prior to arrival.

Great location. Good value + Centrally located, metro stations so close by. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was basic, clean and tidy. Water was provided. Bed comfy. Superb shower − It was a bit off putting at first. Didn’t look welcoming. But it was fine, and the staff were very helpful Loved the automated delivery machine

Safe and comfortable place to rest in transit but quite a way out from the airport. + I have been learning Mandarin for a year which came in handy as most staff didn't speak English. Tea and coffee in room but if you want milk you have to buy it from a kiosk in the foyer. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The hotel took about 40 minutes to reach by taxi from Pudong Airport and the location wasn't anything spectacular. The high point was the ample and diverse breakfast and service which was 5 star. − Location we should have done a bit more research.
