    Personale deludente e inetto + La struttura aveva standard europei di pulizia ed una colazione tutto sommato ricca e varia − Nessuno del personale sapeva parlare inglese e non c’è stata la benché minima assistenza da parte loro né tentativo alcuno di capire quello che chiedevo anche usando il traduttore nella loro lingua. Non ho avuto il benché minimo aiuto sul luogo né una settimana prima quando avendoli contattati più volte hanno ignorato sempre i miei messaggi. Ho chiesto loro prima di giungere in struttura più volte se potessero indicarmi una stazione vicino l’albergo perché l’indirizzo inserito dell’albergo su Booking non risulta corretto su Google maps e nemmeno su applicazione mappe di IPhone (il personale lo sa benissimo ma pare non gli importi) e nonostante avessi scritto loro sia in italiano che in inglese non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta.

    everyone is happy + Very friendly and attentive staff! They will help, give advice! The room is clean, comfortable, everything is very thought out! There is a metro station, shops and cafes nearby. We want to come back) I definitely recommend it! − I didn't find it)
