Good − AC was not working properly and it was very warm and dry in our room

Very good + close to panjiayuan market and subway. nice staff, with limited english for many of them though; good breakfast mostly with chinese options. − could not adjust the temperature setting in the room.

+ This hotel is not located where it is shown in the Google maps. Thought the neighborhood is very nice close to the subway. The hotel is very nice as well even though I have received the room of the lower category than booked.

A decent and pleasant experience! + Well established hotel - speedy robot room service, efficient check-in/out process at front desk, functional room, great housekeeping services. − Breakfast quality and variety can be improved, rooms are slightly overpriced to Chinese standards, some of the hotel staff can be a bit more open and welcoming.
