There were somebody else’s belongings in my room… + A beautiful hotel, perfect location, totally dissatisfied stay and mood ruined by the staff. − When entering my room there were somebody else’s suitcase, clothes and other belongings, plus the TV was on. I don’t want to be harshly judgemental, I am sure that it could be a pleasant stay yet mine was ruined, it made me think that it is not safe at all. (I don’t know what really happened, but I got keys to an occupied room.) I was too afraid if somebody else can also enter my room at night or at any time. So I asked to refund my money and left immediately.

+ Excellent service and amenities with amicable staff doing their best out stay pleasant. Pleasantly surprised with the outstanding dinner buffet including all sorts of seafood, sushi, western and Chinese dishes !

+ Booked 3 nights at JW Marriott Xi’an Southwest, room is new, spacious and clean. Bathroom view is very nice for the studio room I booked. The first 2 nights are great, however the last night we had encountered a security incident, while we are sleeping, a Korean guest who stay at the room beside us are drunk and keep smashing our door at midnight around 2 am, and the hotel staff wasn’t able to stop him immediately. It wasn’t a pleasant experience, but the good thing is that after the hotel management acknowledged the incident, they contact me to properly express their apologize and offered some compensation. And they also mentioned will improve their security protocol to better handle incident like this in the future. So the resolution at the end is satisfying.

Nice but a bit far out + Room is very clean and well equipped. Staff has been very nice and helpful. − There is a metro station right beside the hotel which is very convenient. Unfortunately apart from that there seems nothing much around in general.

服務好蓋過了別的小瑕疵 + 員工超級無敵好de，會送外賣到房間，看到我受傷了還給我準備了雲南白藥和冰袋，讓我感受到了陝西人的熱情 − 那個加濕器剛開始是壞的，我也不是很理解，它是亮的，就認為它是好的結果是壞的，音響剛開始連接也是有點問題，硬生生乾了兩晚，隔音非常的一般，早上能聽到隔壁房間的關門聲和洗漱的聲音，沒辦法扣外幣卡，這點還是得注意

+ The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Two staff members left a very good impression on me — Mr. Henry from the restaurant and Mr. Lan from the Executive Club. The hotel is beautifully clean and well-maintained. The ambience is warm, inviting, and excellent throughout. − The breakfast spread is good, but it could benefit from more variation from day to day. It would be beneficial for the pillow menu to include a memory foam option, as this would better cater to the diverse needs of guests.

Excellent stay in Xi'an + Everything about this hotel was spot on – but the best was the staff; they couldn't have been more helpful, especially Zachary in the reception area – he went above and beyond to ensure we navigated the language and the locations of sightseeing activities easily.
