Nothing Unexpected + This is a good western standard hotel. Price is reasonable. Everything is as you would expect. No glaring problems. If you have to go to Zhenjiang this is a good place to stay.

Frequent guest + Crowne Plaza and its staff deserves 5 stars without question. Riverview Club room, Club access and M Café breakfast amazing.

Business in Zhenjiang + Being a weary business traveler from out of the country, I arrived at the front desk with my extra pair of shoes in my hands. Within a minute, a hotel employee brought me a bag to place my shoes so that I didn't have to continue shuffling around my packages and luggage. Impressive!! I enjoyed a nice leisurely stroll around the river which is right across the street from the hotel. A nice buffet breakfast gives you a nice start to the day!

Best so far! + I've been staying in hotels throughout China for the last two weeks and the Crowne Plaza Zhenjiang is the best so far. This includes the Portman Ritz in Shanghai which was overpriced and just average compared to the Crowne Plaza. The room was fabulous with two full length windows, the breakfast buffet was the best so far in Jiangsu, Taiwan, and Guangdong province and the lobby was excellent. No complaints!!

Lovely place to stay + The hotel is well maintained, modern, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, and although we had some issues with the light switches operating incorrectly, this was quickly fixed by the maintenance staff within 24 hours. Definitely a good choice if you are visiting Zhenjiang.

+ Parking lot at the basement was kind of scary. Got upgraded to a river facing room, the toilet bowl was a bit dirty, didn't like the breakfast. But the staffs were nice

飯店服務的機器人很特別！第一次看到！ + 離熱鬧的地方有點遠，比較不方便，但整理服務相當不錯，還有可愛的機器人送東西的服務，早餐有鎮江知名的鍋蓋面，如果是ＩＨＧ會員還有些特別的東西，送手工的優格，蠻好吃的！

Nice rooms, ask for a river view + I somehow got upgraded to the Club floor, and the room was pretty nice. My only criticism is in the book the lounge is advertised as being open at 7am with coffee & a small breakfast buffet, but sign posted said it didn't open until 10 am. I had an early train, so missed breakfast

Lovely & comfort stay + Pleasant stay, with up-graded to river-front view room. Convenient location with bus stops in front of hotel to get around the city. Nice breakfast.

Impressive & cozy hotel!! + 1/ staffs here are all so friendly, especially the front desk staff which called Miss PUN. They upgraded a bigger room to us and gave us many travel advice 2/ room is so big and very clean, I can enjoy my time In this hotel 3/ definitely will stay here again and really love this city!

Somebody’s watching me........... + Do not disturb doesn’t mean the same thing here. My room and belongings were searched while I was out of the room. Didn’t even try to hide the fact they’d been in the room leaving closet doors open and suitcase moved.......Nothing taken but also nothing of value left in the room (I never do). Maybe it’s just China.....

Hotels上的第一次 + 第一次从hotels平台订酒店，感觉还有点不太适应，没找到酒店含不含早餐…… 酒店位于长江边上，离西津渡、北固山和高铁站都不远，江边还能有各种活动；总体来说酒店还是相当不错的，毕竟是老牌五星了，房间设施中规中矩，酒店服务也是有求必应，房间打扫的还是很干净至少没发现什么不妥，礼宾服务能够主动开门拿行李，前台入住速度也是很快，就是酒店周边没有超市没有餐饮，好在镇江不大。 总而言之对这次入住很满意，感谢hotels平台！

满意的住宿 + 酒店的配套设施和环境很满意，服务热情周到。江景房视野非常好，尤其洗手间的落地窗直面长江，景色怡人。大浴缸很舒服，儿子玩的很开心。自助早餐和晚餐品种丰富，尤其是甜品和特色锅盖面一定不能错过。卫生打扫再仔细一点就好了，地毯上还有前面客人留下的牙签。总体来说是一次满意的住宿经历。

+ A very nice hotel by the lake/river side! Hotel staff was great! Room with lake view was grand! Both water view restaurants weren’t open only one of them opened for private parties which was disappointing.
