+ Lovely property with well appointed, western style bathrooms, gracious staff and terrific breakfast. This property is an oasis- particularly for the western traveler - with beautiful decor, lovely views, and well trained staff.

Convenient to the airport + This hotel is near the airport and very comfortable. The gym is adequate and there is a lifeguard at the pool. The breakfast buffet is extensive with both Chinese and western food choices. There is little around the hotel except a golf course.

Confortable + Hotel was built on a newly developed area. Not much amenities around the area and transportation options are limited. The only transportation mode is via taxi or didi. Was for a business trip.

+ location is a little isolated in the mountain with no amenities or train nearby,it is about 30 minutes to the city. Other wise the it is a good hotel to stay with good view and fresh air.

In love with Crowne Plaza Chongqing New North Zone + While the location is not near to the city. Personally am in love with the peace and tranquility of the hotel. The surrounding environment puts me at ease. Just ask the hotel concierge to help arrange for a taxi, which usually came in less than 5mins. The cost of taxi are quite affordable to go anywhere within the city.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities I needed for a great stay. The hotel also had great facilities such as a fitness center, pool, and restaurant which made my experience even better. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience.

Not Great + Hotel seems dated inside the rooms. The carpet was stained and the small couch within my room has stains on. The bathroom wasn't cleaned that well and had squashed mosquitos on the wall. Although it is meant to be a non-smoking hotel, somebody had obviously smoked in the room I stayed in because I could smell stale smoke that had permeated in to the carpet and curtains. The aircon did not work at all well either, I set it to 18C, the coldest it would go, and it barely worked. It was a very hot and sweaty night. I wouldn't stay there again. Leaving the next morning, there was a cigarette ash and a cigarette butt on the floor of the lift.
