It was a memorable experience. + The room is exequisite, spacious, polished and clean − Find it a bit difficult at the beginning to make food order by the bar code but was able to get it right later on. Hotel should look at the option of placing order via telephone or other suitable means

Excellent stay! The room was clean and cozy, the staff was welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Great location with + Peaceful stay. Surrounding area. Cooperative staff. − Breakfast options could be better

Good but not exceptional. + The room was great, and the view was spectacular. The location was also good, the metro station only a short walk away. The Xuanwu Lake touristic area is 10 mins walk, and nice for sightseeing. The city walls, some of the templeas are also accessible easily. − The staff don't speak good English, and some of the facilities are definitely not 5 star. I will consider this hotel 4 star, given the price.

− Need to put a 3000RMB deposit even where I offered to pay in full for me short stay. But waited for sometime for refund after stay. Now, not sure if hotel refunded me the balance to my youtrip card. Cannot find the record that hotel refunded. May be they did refund???
