+ 接待人員小段服務很好面帶笑容，讓抵達後入住有好心情，離開時漏掉皮帶在房間，房務大姐打掃時看到，酒店聯絡我，非常謝謝彩霞大姐發現並提出來，皮帶還是新買的，另外彩霞大姐也很細心，有一晚不小心把防曬乳堆在毛巾裡，我自己後來出門都忘了擦，彩霞大姐還有發現幫我放好，太細心了，感謝。 − 無 都很滿意

第一次住到這麼爛的希爾頓集團酒店 + 沒有 − 房間內煙味、霉味重！換了還是一樣，床也難睡。。。 房間門簾還發霉、衛生間花灑分岔還不換、水壓有夠小！ 衛浴門關不緊！水都會往外溢出。爛死 大廳熱到爆，沒有自動門，晚點到酒店沒有門衛幫你開門！提大包小包還要拉那扇很重的門！！ 外賣要到門口拿，沒人會理你，很像垃圾！ 地理位置超偏僻，烏漆媽黑，只有一間便利店 總之整體素質很糟，差勁👎🏻 第一次住到這麼差的，已打算向希爾頓總部投訴。

+ Close to the beach, close to the food markets − The reception staff aren’t very friendly, no smile , apart from the one male staff. Rooms and hotel overall was not clean, dirty marks on the wall and on the floor, need a freshen up for sure not the room keeping staffs issue. The first room we stayed in smelt like sewer , the male staff helped us change into a different room and smelt ok.

Un peu déçu car on s'attendait à mieux vu la gamme de l'hôtel + Les chambre spacieuses et la grande cabine de douche ansi que le grand lit comfortable. − Nous n'avons pas aimé : - l'accueil de la jeune réceptionniste qui a voulu nous faire payer les tarifs des chambres plus chers que ce qui a été prévu avec Booking lors de la réservation. Heureusement qu'une responsable a pu la corriger. - les bruits tôt le matin causé par les travaux à côté de l'hôtel même le 1er janvier. - le restaurant de l'hôtel ferme très tôt - le fait que beaucoup de petits services sont payants comparé aux autres hôtels de gamme inférieure où ils sont offerts. Trop accès sur l'argent. Dommage!

位置优越，服务专业细致。 + 前台和客服的服务非常细致、体贴、专业，整体感受非常舒适。离曾厝安美食街和沙滩很近，但一点也不吵。早餐很棒！ − 我们的孩子11岁，三个人睡有一点不舒服。如果大床再大一点，或者有家庭房可以备选更好。

Confort et sérénité, hôtel idéal pour découvrir Xiamen mer et montagne + L'accueil du personnel de l'hôtel, toujours aux petits soins et souriant. Une chambre très spacieuse, très bien pensée, avec tout le confort imaginable, tous les accessoires nécessaires à notre bien-être. Une magnifique vue sur la montagne. Le petit déjeuner très varié, inspiré des spécialités locales mais aussi aux goûts européens. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale : proche de la mer, dans un quartier calme mais à 5 minutes a pied des commerces. Le centre-ville est joignable également à pied ou très rapidement en taxi.

Amazing stay. + We were travelling with 2 young kids, the room sizes and set up were brilliant with very nice design! Smart control for curtains and lights is a bonus. The 2 bedroom suites worked perfectly with a large living area for the kids to play around. Location is great with walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended!
