It was a nice stay here thank you + All was very nice, I would stay again if I come this way in China − Lack of English language by staff, you have many words under Chinese words, but staff struggled with any English at all. Some rules about pool not explained ie: needed head cover which we don’t use in Australia unless professional swimmer. Found this awkward when ordered to do without prior knowledge.

+ Прекрасное место! Отличные завтраки , хорошее местоположение . Хорошая шумоизоляция , уборка в номерах . Комфортное проживание . Рекомендую ! Ресепшен находится на 48 этаже вид на город из окна просто потрясающий .

+ 樓層高 − 整體而言很滿意，但唯獨是煙味，很多住客非常沒品，抽煙還把自己的房門打開，弄得整個樓層走道都是煙味！ 再來就是大堂設在48樓，出入還要另外換電梯轉樓層，有一點麻煩。

Good location, not a good building layout. Confusing. + Location − The way the life work. If you want to go to your room : From 1st floor you have to go to lobby on 48th floor and then change to another lift then go down to 35th -47th floor. Then walk one square loop to your room. You need energy and conscious to stay here.

There are so many better hotels than the Wanda Vsita in ZhengZhou. + Lobby looked nice. Breakfast was decent. − Lobby is oddly on the 48th floor. You need to take a different elevator to get to your room. People were smoking on the No Smoking floor. I told the staff and they said they will move the smoking guests to a different floor. But other people were smoking throughout the day on the non smoking floor. The staff don’t enforce their No Smoking policy. Room had coffee splashes on the walls there weren’t wiped down and huge piles of dust along the walls. No solid walls for the bathroom. You can literally see someone in the bath.
