− There could be more English speaking staff. The hotel is shown on the maps as 5 mins walking from the concert hall; in fact is was 15 mins. Taxi drivers do not know about the hotel under Urcove Hyatt Futian CBD name. In fact, they tend to start driving to the wrong hotel. I had to use the name Futian CBD Yifei hotel

Excellent value & very very clean & modern + The rooms were modern & spacious & as a bonus, it had a massage chair in the room which we used a lot. Very close to Futian station & some nice parks & only 1km from Coco Shopping mall − Coffee at breakfast from the machine was poor quality
