L'un des meilleurs hôtels de Kunming parfaitement situé au bord du Green Lake + Emplacement impeccable devant le lac et son parc. Petit déjeuner abondant et très varié. Chambre très confortable. Personnel attentif. − Nous n'avons pas pu avoir de vue sur le lac, malgré nos demandes. Pas d'accès non plus à la piscine.

Das Hotel würden wir immer wieder nehmen + Top Lage - auf anderer Straßenseite schöner Park mit Wasserflächen (Abends besonders schön), trotzdem fußläufig zentrumsnah. Zimmer im klassischen Stiel, Personal sehr freunlich und zuvorkommend Extrem gutes Frühstück /Buffet und Zubereitung mit allem drum und dran mehrere Wasserflaschen pro Tag sowie Obst und Plätzchen und Süßigkeiten − Bad infolge klassischem geschnörkeltem Stiel nicht besonders praktisch, die geschörkelten Leisten im Duschbereich sahen dreckig aus, die Personenwaage ging nicht, der Fön auch nicht.

Absolutely the place to stay in Kunming + Had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything about it was top notch- room was pristine, lovely view, and every single member of the staff was professional (but also really welcoming which I find more important). I especially want to mention Jacky. After we’d already checked out, we realised we’d left something valuable behind in the room. Jacky went out of his way to personally help us find it, turned out it had slipped down that space between the bed and the side table. Could have been a stressful situation, but Jacky made it simple and was very reassuring. He was also incredibly helpful with travel suggestions, and gave us some practical advice which meant we've moved around a lot more easily during this trip. His recommendations have genuinely improved our plans. Overall, this was a great experience, and Jacky in particular has made a lasting impression. We're absolutely going to stay here next time we're in kunming and would recomm…

This elegant hotel is the best choice for a holiday in downtown Kunming. + I like Green Lake hotel. The decoration of our room is antique and elegant. The facilities are so amazing. I was blown away by the TV next to the tube and the monitor of the outside. The shower and tube were both great. I also like the body cleanser and body lotion. They smell pleasant. Breakfast is nothing short of extraordinary. So many options for food, and the kitchen is well-organized. The location is also inside the best part of Kunming. We had a nice walk outside the hotel and enjoyed the coffee shop nearby. We had a lot of fun and made the best choice to stay here. − Nothing.

+ Lage direkt am Green Lake ist super. Das Personal hat uns bei allen unseren Fragen und Problemen sehr kompetent geholfen. Frühstücksbüffet war sehr vielfältig, neben westlichem Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl an chinesischen Gerichten.
