Excellent service all the way through. + I started staying at Atour for this trip in China. Every atour’s service is exceptional! The facilities are nice and clean, very new, and they do pay a lot of attention to their customer service. − I wish Atour could start accepting international international cards such as American Express.

+ Amazing staff. We are very thankful for the kind and understanding attitude they showed when we had a problem. − Not anything to complain really. Just for information - if coming from Europe, you might need electricity adapter in this hotel - at least I didn't find any suitable socket to plug in my camera's charger. No problems with charging the phone.

Value for money. + Comfortable − Staff are extremely flexible to allow early check-in and late checkout. In addition to regular breakfast, they also provide late super (congee, dumping,etc.). When we checked out, I received a small gift from the reception.
