Man ska nog hålla sig till internationella hotell om man är turist. + Om man vill va vid the Bound så är hotellet väldigt nära. Personalen var behjälplig när vi var missnöjda. − Rummen stämde inte överens med bilderna

+ The location was the best part of my stay. The hotel is close to a metro station, which made it very convenient to get around the city. In the morning, I could easily go for a run along the Bund, and in the evening it was perfect for a walk there or a visit to Yu Garden. There are also plenty of inexpensive Chinese food options and souvenir shops right outside the hotel. The only downside is that taxis cannot stop directly at the hotel entrance. They have to stop on the road, and it is about a 30-meter walk to the entrance. The room was renovated, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was provided every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extensive, with a good variety of options. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

Bien + Hôtel propre, chambre confortable. Laverie en libre service bien pratique. − Nous sommes arrivés à 16h et la chambre n’était pas prête, nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure. Pour le prix que nous avons payé, c’est vraiment limite je trouve.

+ Отель чистый, отличное расположение, номера просторные и очень современные, персонал помогает и вовлечен. В целом все понравилось. − Жил в номере 8236, там за стеной толи элеватор, толи вентиляция и каждые 5-10 минут включается достаточно громкий звук, в целом я в номере проводил мало времени и приходил только спать уставшим и вырубался, но звук достаточно сильный, в номере было не идеально убрано, но достаточно чисто. Один раз спустился на завтрак и не было ни одного свободного стула, не то что стола, людей было очень много, а мест мало, пошел завтракать в кафе у отеля.

+ 我们有特殊情况，提前退店，前台非常配合，甚至连当晚的也给我们退了。退款时间长了点，但是已经收到了。退店的时前台提醒我退款手续可能需要时间长一点，我期间失去了耐心，态度有点不好，前台一直非常配合。我歉前台一句对不起，谢谢你们。 另外，我们因为走得急，离店时两个房间都忘了一些东西，第二天才想起来，向酒店询问，都替我们保管得很好。再次感谢！
