+ Clean, comfortable room and very helpful, English speaking staff. − The breakfast choice is not too diver se (but still ok) and I found that there weren't enough seats for all guests.

+ Everything feels brand new. Could be a bit hard to get to but nice area in general. Staff are really nice and there’s an amazing patio connected to the lobby. − There could be a backlog of laundry. People hog up the machines very quickly. Shower room is a bit gimmicky and prone to flooding.

Bad − As we walked into reception it wreaked of cigarette. Our room was on level 3 , the windows didn’t shut properly and all you can hear was extremely loud traffic noise , it felt like we were sleeping on the street. They offer ONE pair of earplugs? Bathroom was rusted , grout was extremely dirty and floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned and bathroom amenities were half used (example half used toilet paper roll). The staff were helpful in giving me a refund although I still got charged a half day room rate. Stay at the grand hyatt it is much better than this by hyatt.

Ottima scelta a Chengdu + Excellent structure, high tech. Nice comfortable room. Good free laundry service − Breakfast. Poor choice of western food and no fresh juice. The breakfast room had a strong smell of food.

Не рекомендую отель для размещения. + Завтрак в весьма скудный и только китайская кухня. Ограниченное количество фруктов. Мало мест для расположения вдвоём, а также достаточно сильный запах от приготавливаемых блюд. − В номерах отсутствуют полки для хранения вещей, мало пространства для размещения телефона, планшета, компьютера. Вентиляция направлена так, что всё время дует на тебя. Вид из окна, подаваемый как красивый выходит во двор жилых кварталов.....

It’s value for money if smoke is not a big concern + Cozy little hotel by local owner w Hyatt management. Software is good .. staff are friendly and helpful .. − Aircon system is not stable… when i wanted to turn on (or by voice control) to heat mode, cool mode came instead .. had to call for technician to fix it and I didn’t turned it off again throughout my stay.. and seemed that someone smoked in room, even though it’s non-smoking room (understanding it’s quite common in China) and luckily window in room can be opened ..

nice location, great service. limited western food at breakfast. + location was nice. reception nice. has laundry mat, convenient. nice. − breakfast options for us seems limited (loads of local chinese options though! but really not what we'd eat for breakfast). My 9 yrs old son struggles to find anything to eat.

+ A személyzet nagyon készséges, és segítőkész. A reggeli választéka bőséges, A szoba kicsit kicsi, és a falak sem a legvastagabbak. Az ágy kényelmes volt. A környéken sok éttermet tudtunk találni és a tömegközlekedés is sétatávolságra volt. − Sajnos egy dohányfüstös szobát kaptunk, amit a mellette lévő másik dohányfüstösre cseréltek, de egy alapos és egész napos szellőztetés segített. Okos WC helyett egy wc kefének jobban örültünk volna.
