+ Hotel is ideally located (800m walk to subway station with connection to airport and to city). Of course, with Didi it is also very well reachable. Particularly, the large pool is something special. The Breakfast offers a variety of options - we liked the noodle soup. − N/A

It was okay, we wouldn’t recommend it to families. + The rooms were clean and the foyer was lovely, it was quiet and the rooms were big − We felt ignored, no common greetings, when booking room service after paying the bill we were still perused to show verification or pay again. The room we booked had a coffee machine however you had to buy pods daily which was not stated anywhere.

+ Excellent staff, with great facilities. The restaurants on the 2nd floor were fantastic. Concierge were helpful and the rooms and service was top notch. − The location is practical, but not exactly picturesque. Beyond that, be prepared that they may not speak English.

10/10 would stay again! + The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! − The robots (which I know sounds strange to say) sometimes got in the way and blocked the elevator or were just slow! Still pretty cool to see them in action though.

+ Clean room, good service, robot service, friendly staff, good location, short walk to the exhibit site, − When showering, the bathroom would leak. Because the shower curtain was not enough, and the slope of the tub liner and the floor drain did not follow the necessaey 2 degree slope. this couse water to run all over. I asked for a view facing the exhibition hall or west view, but we got the hightway view or east view.

Уютный отель близко к выставочным павильонам. персонал старается помочь. + Отличное место, рядом с выставочным комплексом. В номере чисто и довольно тихо. персонал внимательный, старается помочь, в том числе и при заселении. Внизу спортзал, но там было очень душно и тренажеры были не самые свежие. Бассейн не пробовал. − На завтрак типичная китайская кухня. Не было сыра, рыбы, хотя по китайским меркам буфет довольно богатый. Я спасался омлетом, йогуртами и фруктами. Для европейцев привыкнуть к китайской кухне нужно время. Ресторан внизу отеля дорогой и персонал совсем не говорит на английском. Пришлось заказывать наугад и выбор не сильно оправдал ожидания.

James Du and the reception team went completely above and beyond, showing incredible perseverance to help recover my lost iPad from a distant airport. The hotel seamlessly pairs high-tech convenience, like their fun robot delivery service, spacious swimming pool, it's prime location, 8-minute walk to the metro station and luxury boutiques. The team’s genuine dedication turned a stressful mishap into a flawless stay. Highly recommended. − I'll definitely be back!
