best choice hotel in shangrila if you prefer in city centre + location....helpful staff...nice view from the rooms... − when I called room service to ask for more tea bags...it seems they misunderstood...and sent someone to knock on my room...and he asked what I wanted...because he didn't understand English at all..I showed him the tea bags...his reaction was he grumbled in front of me...I think this is inappropriate behavior to do to customers..what did I do wrong.?..just asking for tea bags..maybe he was the one who gave the wrong instructions...why did he complain to me...? this is just an individual.problem .but I think it needs to be attitude improvement for him...he needs normal polite manners

Perfect + front staff was warm and welcoming.. we had altogether 5 rooms and both Lynn and Anne was efficient and checked us in in a breeze.. love love it here.. the hotel deco was on point with being in shangrila. Breakfast was lovely and of high standard considering being in this part of the world..

Шикарный отель + Из плюсов - шикарный отель, настоящая полноценная пятерка. Есть все, что пожелает душа: бассейн, фитнес, кофейня, рестораны и т.д., номера просторные с отличными видами, уборка прекрасная, завтраки отменные. Придраться особо не к чему − Из минусов - очень медленный персонал. Шесть человек ресепшн заселял целый час. Сначала списали все на лень, потом стало ясно, что 3300 метров над уровнем моря сказываются на поведении людей - не хватает кислорода, его просто экономят.
