+ Confortable and large rooms. Breakfast with a lot of options. Several options for having lunch or dinner in the hotel itself. Taxi takes 20' to get to Forbidden City. Walking distance from China World Shopping Mall.

Cold, undroendly and not worth the money + Nice sized bathroom and bed − It has an odd smell like old wood or damp The staff when I arrived in the evening, didn’t even greet me and were very rude and dismissive, they didn’t talk me through the hotel facilities or restaurants etc They just tried to force me into paying for breakfast they j refused several times. Also their command of English was very bad and they seem to take out their frustration of not understanding on me. The morning reception staff was much friendlier and helped me translate to my driver. Arriving from lovely Vietnam, I couldn’t wait to get out of Beijing and this hotel.

The Wanda group hotels are really great value for money + It's in a safe and clean location. We had some malls around a KM away. Very comfy rooms. Spacious. Bathroom was spic and span. The housekeeping was excellent. − English is a problem. If it could be improved in the staff would be great!

Recommend Hotel + Nice rooms, good selection in breakfast even for westerns. Clean and neat. Reception are nice and polite, but Google Translate is still good and valuable , to validate and get answers − Distance from the Metro is about 600 m. The usage of Didi application is good and fast from the south entrance. (Hotel Parking lot)

+ Location. I am very familiar with this hotel though in the past I never stayed here. Just had many dinners and lunches here. − The bathroom floor was very slippery so I almost fell twice.
