+ Had a good time staying at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Staff made us feel at ease with their smiles and efficient service. Klaus at the front desk was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

+ Good hotel with good staff and well maintained. It's far from Xian points of interests. Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plaza

Best hotel in Xi'An + Honestly we loved everything. One of the most beautiful hotels in the world. Luxury everywhere. And the staff genuinely care about helping. The club lounge was great.and the breakfast was world class. The beds and bathrooms were amazing. Many of the staff speak English, unlike most Chinese hotels. We recommend CROWN PLAZA Xi'An Weiyang. Yanni Bai in the club lounge was very helpful and inhanced our visit. Kudos Yanni. − We loved everything

+ Hotel di alto livello, ben tenuto con un offerta di servizi vasta. Nonostante sia ubicato in una zona trafficata le camere sono adeguatamente insonorizzate. Le camere spaziose e ben organizzate. Service room rapido. Stazione della metro vicina. Colazione continentale super. Ampia scelta con cucina espressa e una marea di pietanze. Davvero un hotel top. Consigliatissimo
