    Bad − Cannot pay by cash The staff is not kind to the clients

    Bad + Room is ok, not far from airport − THEY STEAL MY MONEY. I made a mistake booking the wrong date, but as soon I realised it, 30 min later I call the hotel and I spoke with the manager.....as I needed to to stay in hotel that same night and I wasn't able to re-book a room on Booking.com , they told me to go to them hotel, as they still had 2 rooms for me and that as soon I was going to show my self , they will accept my cancellation request on booking.com . I did this but they never accept my cancellation request. BOOKING.COM also didn't assist me properly, I wrote to the assistance but probably nowdays only Machine check the message, people with Brain are no needed anymore
