    Lovely staff make the stay great! + Love the staff. Very helpful staff like Joy Wu and He Xing tries to meet our every request. Seldom experience this level of service. − Very far from taikoo li and chunxi road. Located about 10km away from City Centre.

    Amazing + The location is close to the train station. The service by the staff is commendable. Especially Cynthia and 安保部徐凯 who helped us with our high speed train tickets when we missed our train. My family and I are super grateful for the staff’s help and enjoyed our stay very much. − -

    Family trip + Staff was friendly, room was big and clean. Free breakfast was amazing. Location very near metro station. − Nothing much to highlight here except there was 1 tourist who smoked in the lift and lobby which we highlighted to the receptionist. Other than that all good!
