    Uncomfortable for a family stay. + Good location, good breakfast choices, Hotel generally clean. − Significantly over-rated by most travelers. Firstly this is not a 5-star hotel. Rather a 3-star. There are only two lifts that are super-slow so expect long waits. Wifi is difficult to connect. No english channel on TV as if the hotel has an issue with anything and anyone non-chinese. Most of all the hote blatantly lies about their "family rooms". They've simply added a bed to an otherwise double room and called it a "Family" room - leading to inconvenience and a cramped room. You have to climb on one of the beds to access the wardrobe. I spoke to the management about all this inconvenience over a stay of 4 days and was offered a Fruit bowl as a gesture of goodwill. No thank you. I can have fruits at breakfat. The hotel managers just acted like cheapskates. We will stay elsewhere the next time we are in Shenzhen. You're warned. If you have a family, do not stay here.

    + Удачное расположение относительно не далеко от метро. Комфортный номер со всем необходимым. Есть общий зал для чтения работы отдыха и бесплатная стирка самообслуживания . Хороший завтрак − Проблема с интернетом для иностранных гостей не решается. для Ноутбук и телефон надо иметь свой VPN чтобы пользоваться ( за исключением китайских сайтов )
