cozy and fun experience with amazing customer services. + the place was very cozy and welcoming, especially the staffs there. our room had a bathtub which was well maintained and we could comfortably enjoy ourselves in the bathtub. during our first day there, we were a little confused and didnt reslly know where to go. the staffs there were kind enough to reccommend us some places to eat and shop at. they also serve breakfast which was really warming and nice as the weather was really cold there. after we checked out, we decided to walk around the area since we had some time left before our depature. my friend suddenly fell sick and needed some rest. the homestay was kind enough to let us stay for another 4 hours so that my friend can rest. furthermore, they even offered us lunch for free which would probably not happen in other hotels/homestays. − the room was a little small for 2 people

Несмотря на небольшие недостатки оставил очень приятные впечатления. − Стеклянные двери в туалете, и это при том, что туалет находится напротив большого окна, за которым улица и дом. Вообще, не понимаю это странную моду на стеклянные двери в гостиничных номерах, это не комфортно и небезопасно. На стене в душе от предыдущих жильцов остался клок волос.

Excellent Homestay + I had a wonderful week long stay, relaxing from a long trip, doing some research and exploring world famous West Lake. The park and pavilions are reminiscent of “Old China.” All less than a beautiful ten minute stroll away! The staff is extraordinary!!! Friendly, helpful, concerned about your stay.

+ Everyone is very friendly, the room is small but very clean. The breakfast is tasty with pumpkin porridges, eggs and many other dishes. You can walk to many scenic places of the West Lake. There are also good restaurants close by. Overall the service meets or exceeds the North American standards.

Underwhelming experience + Staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. − My husband, son and daughter were bitten at night by unknown insects. We suspected bedbugs. The layout of my family room was also weird with no dividing door between kitchen and the toilet. You feel exposed when bathing. There was also no table to put our luggage.

Cheerful and enthusiastic staff, meticulous service. + After many years abroad, I finally came back to my hometown. The first stop was Hangzhou. After reading the reviews, I decided to book a room here. When I arrived, I found that it was very quiet at night and the facilities were complete. There was also free sweet soup at night. I was very happy. The housekeeping ladies are very enthusiastic, it is about a fifteen-minute walk from West Lake, and it is very convenient to travel, I am very happy to have such a stay experience.
