Will come again next time in Hangzhou. + Very nice quiet hotel, comfortable, feel warm welcoming. Breakfast is awesome, healthy, many options like a weekend big brunch at home. You may also enjoy the local tea in the room: Long Jin Green Tea or Jiu Qu Hong Mei. Love the tea of Jiu Qu Hong Mei. − We stay at level 2. One of the day there were smoky in the lobby. Guess some guest smoked in the lobby.

Lovely hotel and staff + Excellent staff! Good breakfast and close to the subway. − Rooms were hot and the aircon was centralised. The staff were very attentive and tried to change the temperature to cool it down but it didn't seem to work.
