+ Very nice staff, great room, we had problems with weather conditions so we checked in a day late, they didn't charge the missed day and gave a free room upgrade! Very high-tech and everything automatic.

+ The location. The white blind is not transparent, offers light as well as privacy. Sufficient lighting，even under the bed. Modern design. Day & night bath gel, all fragrant. Facial masks, so unique! − Receptionist reminded me my reservation was the cheapest, hoping I would upgrade. I had my budget, so unpleasant to hear her hint. The room was more than ok! Upon checking out, I told the receptionist how I felt. She was impatient and brushed me aside. Another escorted me out. These girls need more training.

Pleasent and comfortable stay. We love it and stay again. + Breakfast, services and specially robot bring your food orders from ground floor to your floor to your room it self. Amazing. Toilet was automatically operated. You don’t need to use your hand. Everything clean and dry automatically. − Last day one out of two lift was under repaired. Need more lifts

+ Я не хотела снижать оценку , так как есть большие преимущества в виде: 1-локации (4 разных выхода метро в от 10 до 100 метрах ,самый удобный G- так как лифт),удобство прямой ветки метро до разных знаковых мест города и также КПП в метро с Гонконгом в непосредственной близости ) Перпендикулярно расположена улица с заведениями еды(особенно в конце улицы заведение специализирующееся исключительное на вонтон и все подобные дамплинги )и heytea , работающими ночью,что очень удобно 2-отличный маркетинг, конкурентное преимущество в виде мелочей -ежедневно добавляемые маски для лица, ежедневные тапки и вода − 1-я не поняла, о каком ремонте идет речь в отзывах и описании …потрепанное и грязное лобби и лифт , тьма в коридорах , запах сырости около номера и в номере , плесень.фото прилагаю -фото потолка и плесени в ванной -грязный лобби -стена и окно в номере 2-невероятно скудный завтрак в мелком помещении, нет даже воды .невкусный чай,пустая невкусная лапша , какие- то бутербр…

Zimmer sind modern, ABER + - Schönes Zimmer, modern eingerichtet - Kaffee Gutscheine − - leider stinken die Räume fast alle nach Rauch.. - Ich bin durch die Klimaanlage sehr krank geworden - das Personal.. keiner sagt zur Begrüßung hallo? Keiner sagt tschüss als wir abgereist sind. Ein Mitarbeiter war soooo unfreundlich. Es gibt keinen Wasserspender oder Ähnliches und man bekommt 2 Flaschen Wasser pro Tag. Wir haben dann gesehen, dass 2 Personen nach Wasser gefragt haben, der sehr unfreundliche Mann an der Rezeption hat uns ausgelacht und meinte nur ob uns das Wasser etwa nicht reichen würde? Derselbe Mann war morgens beim Frühstück, nach dem langen Flug wussten wir nicht sofort unsere Zimmernummer, er fragte nur sehr unhöflich „wie kann man denn seine Nummer nicht wissen?“ Ich weiß nicht ob er etwas gegen Europäer hatte aber wir haben uns als Europäer hier nicht wohl gefühlt. Ich würde nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen. Einen Abend wurde die Straße vor dem Hotel aufgerissen (…
