+ O café da manhã era muito bom! A moda chinesa. O conforto da cama e os travesseiros. A localização. − O staff fala pouco inglês, e recorre aos tradutores simultâneos. Não é um problema, apenas uma observação, até porque são muito gentis e se esforçam para resolver os problemas. Precisei trocar de quarto pois no que fiquei inicialmente tinha cheiro de cigarro.

A truly great hotel!! + This has been one of my favorite hotels. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room and common areas were clean, everything was perfect! The breakfast was so good, there were so many things to choose from, and coffee and juices... pretty great! At night they offer complimentary food as well, which was very convenient and nice of them. There is free laundry service too. Oh and the location is very very good, there is a river just in front and you can easily take the public transport nearby. Definitely recommend.

Room was ok. Not the whole hotel as the other facilities are outdated . Staffs are very impatient if you ask questions a + The room is ok and clean − Staff doesn’t know how to speak English and they are very impatient you ask them questions
