Hotel asks for refundable deposit plus full hotel fees payment but no refund despite weeks after stay − The hotel required an additional 50% refundable deposit on top of the total accommodation fees at check in. It has been over two weeks since I ended my stay but I have not yet received those refundable deposit. So please be aware of this unusual practice of holding on to customer’s refundable deposit long after your hotel stat has ended. To date, despite contacting the hotel several times, i have no idea if and when I will get the refundable deposit back.

Un séjour mémorable + Très contente d’avoir séjourné dans cet établissement.tout était parfait Je n’hésiterais pas à y revenir et à le Reccomandee. J’ai beaucoup aimé la décoration des lieux et surtout le blanc-beige du lounge

+ Sofitel в Фошане очень приятно удивил. Честно говоря, я не ожидала найти здесь отель такого уровня. Всё очень чисто, просторные номера с высокими потолками, стильный современный интерьер, много воздуха и света. Сам отель выглядит свежо и действительно производит очень хорошее впечатление. Расположение тоже удобное, особенно если вы приезжаете в Фошань по делам или за покупками. В целом я осталась в полном восторге. Очень достойный отель, в который я бы точно вернулась.

Stay was fantastic, rooms were very clean and huge, being indian there were veg options but it was limited but with fami + Location − Limited veg option
