Good for Diamond member + Thanks Emily Sun and Sunny for a warm trip ,especially the free upgrade. 1-Execellent position, It's very close to The Sea about 5minutes walking 2-Excellent Executive Lounge,the food there is beyond my imagination. 3-Warm service for diamond members, free upgrade to King EXECUTIVE Ocean View Room from Emily Sun, free breakfast, free Afternoon tea 4-Seaview is amazing,you can see the sunrise. 5.Sunny is very familiar with the restaurant near the hotel ,and introduce a good BBQ after 22:00 for us If you want to have a relax in Qingdao.Hilton Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis will be a good choice.

It's definitely an excellent hotel. + It's definitely an excellent hotel. It does look at western standards of good hotels, such as the availability of day services for laundry... actually even laundry services altogether, which can be a rare service in top Chinese hotels. Good services, clean, decent breakfast. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China.

Great stay + Location and comfort − No entertainment specially on tv no english program and there was option of smart tv but couldn't connect due to very difficult procedure. Internet was also very slow and didnt work.

Overall the hardwares of this hotel is still very good and it’s in an otherwise lovely location. + The location is perfect for me and my family. The hotel over all is pretty good. The price is pretty good for what you get. − When I was planning to pay the property at the concierge, the price from their side was different from the price on the booking.com site. Staff was poor in English communication even though this is an international brand. No ushering or greetings from the staff when we entered the breakfast buffet, nor did they ask if we wanted coffee. I’ve been to this hotel before and management has really gone downhill from when I was here last year. I hope they will be able to improve in the future as this is honestly a lovely hotel in an otherwise great location.

Topping off our China trip with a relaxing vacation + The property is top! The children enjoyed the pool, the room and most of all the food! We had a relaxing time and I didnt need to worry about anything. There are many attractions near the hotel, so it is not a boring place to be! Very family oriented hotel. There are bathrobes for the kids too! The staff are really accommodating and gives us all our requests. − It is a bit of a walk to go to the mainland, so we had to take a taxi every time we go out. The property is not beachfront as mentioned in booking.com, so we always need to take a taxi to the nearest beach. There was initially a problem in the reception as they did not understand that our booking is half-board, so dinner should be included. I had to insist several times that we paid for the dinner too, but eventually they called the management and everything was sorted out. It seems that it was not obvious in the booking that the dinner was inclusive. All in all, it w…
