有機會會再入住 + 老闆人很好，看到我們到來，會為我們開門迎接，還會幫我們搬行李去二樓。環境很乾淨，過馬路，對面就能看到海和日出。離東大門不遠，住這邊也不會被東大門演唱吵到。雖然只有1樓有咖啡和飲水機，但以經很ok,畢竟現在什麼都漲，老闆也很辛苦。有機會再去花蓮，會想再去入住。重點價位也很佛心。老闆辛苦了。 − 沙發，哈哈。不知道是不是我類風濕關節炎疼痛關係。坐起來比較硬，關節很不舒服。所以我都坐在床上

+ 住宿地點很好,一拉開窗簾,就能看到心曠神怡的海,心情就很好,離東大門很近.吃東西很方便。老闆也很願意分享附近的景點及好吃的地方。住的很舒服。 − 因為房間內沒有梳粧台,若有2人同時要使用鏡子穿著打扮會比較不太方使。

+ 冷氣夠冷，水量夠大，2人房面海風景很好，老闆超熱心，幫忙把行李搬至房間，解說旅遊地圖，臨時還幫忙印資料。行李箱可以完全展開。 − 床比較硬，乳膠枕太高。
