Ubicación pésima, no lo recomiendo. + Las camas son cómodas aunque son pequeñas. − La ubicación es pésima, lejos de todo, mínimo 1/2h a cualquier lugar de interés, la zona muy fea y oscura. La piscina cierra a las 6 y cuando llueve, no la pudimos utilizar ningún día. No está en la azotea. La wifi es muy lenta. Teníamos una habitación de luxe en la planta 12 con vistas a ninguna parte, la planta 30 es la executive y no se puede subir.

Average! I have had better! + How nice the ladies in the breakfast area were. − Had a cockroach in the bath in the morning! I came significantly later than what I was supposed to arrive due to flight cancellation. Apparently I got an upgrade, but instead i had a cockroach on the next morning flying in the bathroom! Room however was clean, although some furniture had some water bubbling, and were a bit used. Staff at the entrance were on their phone most of the time. And when I say I dont want to have my bag carried, means I dont want my bag carried. No need for almost forceful take of the bag! Annoying as hell!

A great stay within the city + Location was good, generally it is easy for us to get around with didi. The staff were attentive and helpful. Room was excellent - it was clean, big and spacious. There was a bathtub that was clean, and we used the nespresso machine daily. − Nothing
