+ Отель очень понравился. Бесплатно повысили категорию номера до двухкомнатного. Номер просто 10 из 10. Убирались очень прилично, постоянно обновляли щётки и тапочки. Отель раньше был очень пафосный, сейчас немного уставший, но в целом не на столько чтобы выговаривать. Сейчас соотношение цены и качества полностью соответствует. Завтраки вкусные, конечно больше китайские, но и мы нашли что поесть, даже десерты очень вкусные. Получилось взять пару дней ужины, также шведский стол. Не знаю с чем связано, но в первый день было 168 юаней на взрослого , а на следующий день 138, на третий вечер вообще все было закрыто, выяснить почему так - не получилось. 10 летний ребёнок на ужин прошёл бесплатно. Ужин однозначно рекомендую, очень вкусно, очень много всего. Несколько бассейнов, один со стеклом. Пару бассейнов было закрыто. Есть контактный зоопарк: кролики и морские свинки, их можно покормить и погладить. Также есть павлины и белки. Теперь про море, печально, но не смотря на расположени…

+ Отличный отель за эти деньги, у нас была пересадка сутки в Хайкой и мы отлично отдохнули. На многое за эти деньги не рассчитывали, но прекрасно выспались

What an exceptional stay and beautiful pool + Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff can speak really good English (thank you Justin Chen) and I was even upgraded to the massive multiple rooms suite in the highest floor! 10/10 recommendation for English speaking tourists. And the breakfast is phenomenal − The smell was a bit musty, messaged the hotel for airport shuttle but they didn’t respond. The shuttle always has to be booked in advance fyi!

+ Это дворец - большой отель, по которому можно гулять/ исследовать. Большая территория вокруг отеля, где можно гулять. Территория отеля огорожена. Близость моря. Метров 10 от калитки отеля. Разнооюразные завтраки: азиатская, европейская, американская кухни. Есть бассейны, но не внутри отеля. Есть большая детская комната − Плесень в номере. Стойка душа еле держалась. Мы боялись, что она вот-вот упадет на нас. Душевая кабина протекала, поэтому вода постоянно попадала на пол ванной комнаты. Внутри отеля рестораны со шведским столом были, но не работали для нас (скорее всего, работали только для арендаторов конференц-залов), нам приходилось выезжать в город, чтобы пообедать и поужинать.

Great experience - we will soon return! + Great hotel, very spacious and quite grand in certain areas - the lobby is beautiful. Felt airy and also clean. Very nice swimming pool space. We were welcomed by Justin who was extremely helpful. Perfect bedroom with great view of the sea and a good nights sleep on both nights. We tried the Saturday evening buffet dinner and found a lemon grass infused soup which was delicious. The restaurant staff were more than helpful. We have been trying a few hotels in this area having recently relocated to the city and this one is our favourite so far. Very good value for money. − Slightly outdated in parts and the carpets could do with some cleaning. Try putting some dehumidifiers in the corridors. No mini bar in the room which was a pity. The bar/lobby staff really need to receive some training as they seemed very inexperienced in serving drinks. They also need to stock up more on alcoholic drinks as we enjoyed one bottle of bubbly but it was the only…

Superb value for money + Seriously huge hotel, great pools, beautiful gardens, beds were comfy, staff helpful − Definitely a bit tired and in need of some TLC, not sure if it was just our room but smelt like a former smoking room, not all facilities/restaurants open likely due to low guest numbers, bit far out but taxis are super cheap

Тихо и очень достойно! + Все было приятно: от раннего заселения до бесплатного трансфера в аэропорт. Особо отмечу, что даже в низкий сезон завтраки были разнообразные и сытные, бассейны работали. 100%-е соответствие уровню 5*. − Немного «мертво» все в округе - пустые недостроенные дома.

Big and nice hotel. Will stay there again if visiting Hainan. + Beachfront, it has a lot of swimming pools, one even has the canoe facility. Room size was big and it has plenty of delicious food for breakfast. − It is far from the airport and no shuttle bus

+ Only reason I needed this hotel was I had a 40 hour stopover in Hainan on my London to Sydney flight on Hainan air (brilliant airline by the way). It did the job but I would not dream of going there for any other reason. As other reviews correctly state it's a bit dated and scruffy...by Asian standards it's a 3.5 star hotel. But plenty to like....big room big bed big telly very good breakfast very good gym and spa.. swimming pools big and clean so for the money I paid was happy. 50;yuan from airport via Didi or 100 normal taxi − Location ...near to absolutely NOTHING no reason step outside hotel NO internet

Good for relax and family holiday + The pool is in good size and beautiful location of the hotel − The hotel is bit far from city centre for shopping and food. Need to call taxi for in and out. Only 2 round of shuttle transfer to and from airport which should be more frequent
