Nice stay, will come again. + Location is good an convenient access to shopping mall by walking 5 mins distance. − Smoking room shall be separated floor or at least shall inform guests upon check in. Can smell smoke in the room sometimes.

Satisfied + Good facility. Staff is kind and friendly. Fitness room is excellent. − Location is not so convenient.

Superb + It was very clean and comfortable with considerate accessories like warmers, socks and ear muffs in the room. It was also easy to get around with car hailing. There's a big mall five minutes walk away with lots of food, supermarket, shopping and indoor skiing. Hotel staff were helpful and attended to queries quickly. − Location is off from central district with street shopping.
