Considering the price was one of the best we found, I’d say the hotel is definitely worth it. + Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, and the pool was large and very comfortable. The room itself was also comfortable – a bit outdated, but clean, which is what matters most. The park nearby is a big plus, perfect for a morning run or an evening walk. − The gym was quite basic, but still better than nothing. The location seems central at first, but in reality there’s not much around, so you often need to use a taxi or the metro (though having a metro station nearby is definitely a plus). Also, most of the staff don’t speak much English, which can make communication a bit tricky. Overall, the staff were very helpful and always tried to assist. There was one non-Chinese staff member who spoke excellent English and helped us with everything, which made a big difference.

Was very happy with the hotel. + The manager Shuan went out of his way to help me with issues I had regarding my Alipay which was a big problem if wanting to travel in China. Although every one could not speak English, they really tried to be accommodating and friendly.

+ The hotel is very nice and in a convenient location. There is a convenience store on the ground floor and a McDonald's across the road. This made it easy to buy food and other items. We used the swimming pool and the gym. Both were good and we enjoyed using them. The laundry service was quite expensive compared with other hotels. We paid about £35 to wash a few items of clothing. The staff were friendly and always tried to help. I only met one member of staff who spoke English, but everyone did their best to assist us.

It was unforgettable for our family. Great stay at Sentosa. Thank you for the upgrade. Will be back + We were upgraded to the max which made the stay absolutely unforgettable. The loft and the view was amazing. Bedding absolutely great. Hotel and flat were clean. Our maid was really friendly and nice. Breakfast was great. Nice staff. Hotel close to the metro station − Wearing a head protection for the swimming pool was not the best but we understand the reason. Sauna was out of order our entire stay. We could have done with a fridge in the kitchen, we missed it.
