+ Convenient location. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Good stay + Excellent! 10 minutes walk to old town gate and property is well cared for and staff attentive. We had a room with a mountain view but decided to switch to a room with two beds also because the view was not very impressive. Had breakfast and a dinner, not bad at all.

Disappointing + The location is very nice. − Don't ever use this platform to book a hotel in China. They charge you extra tax fees at the counter, beyond what you booked online, even though you have already paid the taxes.

20-25 April 2025 + Staying at this hotel now, my room is facing the am direct sunlight and the hotel after around 11am will weaken or off the Aircon , called the reception they say open the window for cool air but outside there no cool air , send a portable fan but still warm. Ask them if I can change the other facing , the reception say it’s facing afternoon sunlight . So take note if you can’t stand hot and sweaty .

PERFECT BASE TO EXPLORE LIJIANG. + As Hilton Diamond member, my room was pre arrival upgraded to the 2nd highest room category. I was greeted by the smile from Ms Caroline which can communicate in English. Check in was quick and efficient. Room is super huge for HGI standard and it is sparkling clean. This property is just short didi ride( 2km) to lijiang oldtown. Just cross the road there is minimarket and wet market where you can buy cheaper fruits and vegetable. Thank you HGI lijiang for hosting me. Definitely I ll revisit you again soon. Those hilton members planning to visit lijiang, I would highly recommended to pick HGI lijiang as your exploration base.

Nice experience + We spent one night before flying out of China. The staff were very helpful and friendly despite our language barrier. They also arranged transportation to the airport. Breakfast offered American as well as Chinese options.

歩きで疲れた身体を癒してくれる。 + 外観はヒルトンらしくなくアパーメントみたいでしたが、室内は広くて設備が整った高級ホテルでした。 フロントの従業員は親切です。場所は古城から少し離れていますが、タクシーを使うと便利です。 − 部屋にはベランダがないので少し閉塞感があります。 ツアーを申し込むのに、スタッフがいないため対面ではなく微信でやり取りをしてくれと言われた。その時たまたまいなかっただけかもしれませんが。

+ 我們住家庭房，一大床+1沙發床，在最高層7樓。 這個價位，這麼大的房間，這麼好的設備，覺得非常超值。 附近很熱鬧，吃東西方便，還有菜市場。 我們租車出問題，酒店大堂經理花了一個半小時幫忙處理，雖然還是無法解決，但很感謝她的熱心協助。 − 早餐普通，但50元人民幣的價格，好像也還好，不能要求太多。 洗手台、馬桶、淋浴+浴缸，全部在同一間，沒有分隔。以家庭房來說，不太方便。

A confortable hotel + The room and the bathroom were large and clean, the staff really helpful, the breakfast abundant. Location not bad − There were too few western options in the breakfast buffet. The restaurant closes at 9 pm. I know it’s a Chinese tradition, but many restaurants in the Ancient city close at 10 pm., even later. Maybe is time to modernize!
