Luxury hotel in Dali + Nice design，very comfortable room, breakfast buffet is excellent. Nice view of lake. − My bathtub cannot be used，no hot water. A bit disappointed since weather is cold, I want to soak my feet in hot water.

This is a comfortable, scenic hotel for holiday. + We were totally impressed by the view outside our hotel room and facilities of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had great mulled wine at the lobby bar. Breakfast is amazing. The transportation to get to the hotel was not difficult at all. Our New Year’s Eve at the hotel was amazing. − Nothing.

Failing system for a Hilton + Luxurious − Be careful when you are a family with children. The booking system brought me to the king suite, one of most expensive type of room because we're family of 4. However , there was only 1 king bed which is meant tobe shared between 2 people ( adults ) There was a sofa in the room but it's not a sofa bed. The staff i had a chat with on WeChat pre check in did tell us that we, 4 of us are expected to share 1 bed. It's not acceptable. We paid the stay clearly for 2 adults and 2 children, they wanted us to share 1 bed. Why not just give us 2 smaller basic rooms for 2 people each, to accommodate sleeping arrangement decently. After all the fuss, they gave 1 extra single bed. Meaning some people will still have to share bed together. I chose this hotel tobe safe for international standards in rural area. But they failed it.

ملاذ هادئ وإقامة فاخرة في قلب دالي + تجربتي في فندق هيلتون دالي ريزورت كانت مميزة للغاية. لقد تم ترقيتي إلى جناح خاص بإطلالة رائعة زادت من جمال إقامتي، حيث يتميز الفندق بالهدوء التام والخصوصية. الموقع استراتيجي ومثالي، حيث يوفر سهولة الوصول إلى معظم الأماكن السياحية في دالي دون عناء. أود أيضاً الإشادة بطاقم العمل؛ فتعاملهم كان ممتازاً، يتسم بالاحترافية والود والحرص على تلبية كافة الاحتياجات. أنصح بشدة بهذا الفندق لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والفخامة في دالي. − لايوجد كل شي كان رائعاً

If you’re in Dali, avoid this, there are many much better properties. + Not much − It’s literally the worst “5 star” property I’ve ever stayed at. It’s shabby, not well kept, understaffed and while I was there, some lifts and internet didn’t work. Out of the 3, 1 restaurant was closed. Ordered steak for dinner, its was like a piece of rubber. While having breakfast, you’ve to get staffs attention or they won’t care - tables won’t have cutlery, or mats. It’s quite amazing just how bad this property is. I was booked for 4 days and I checked out first thing after first night.

+ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, made even more memorable by the exceptional service from Lily. She went above and beyond to ensure our trip went smoothly. As we had to leave very early in the morning for our train, she kindly arranged our transportation to the railway station and thoughtfully prepared takeaway breakfast bags for us since the restaurant had not yet opened. After we had checked out, I realized that I had accidentally left my jacket in the room. Lily promptly helped arrange a local courier service to deliver it to our next hotel in another city, which saved me a great deal of worry and inconvenience. She is a real credit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely location with a good view of lake erhai + Beautiful location with a good view of the lake. Lot of options for breakfast. Friendly staff and lot of utilities. We forgot something when checking out and the staff quickly informed us about it so we could get it back. − The AC in our room didn’t seem to work well. I let the staff know about this and they sent a technician but even after that it didn’t seem to have improved.
