地理位置真的很讚 開窗就可以看到鼓浪嶼海景 走個3-5分鐘可以到中山區步行街逛街吃吃喝喝 離地鐵站也不遠 整體而言是很棒的體驗！！

Excelent choice - we extended our stay as we love the city and enjoy the hotel + Excellent location near the harbor / overlooking the island / 5 minutes walking to the famous pedestrian street/ very good breakfast with lots of choices for Europeans and Asians as well / super comfy bed / big and nice kids playground- can only be used 1 time/ daily- for maximum 3h- very friendly staff trying their best to assist even if they can really understand English − Swimming pool water could be warmer and the doors kept closed as it’s pretty cold inside on rainy days

+ Large size suite room for the whole family. − Robot delivery is not available at this hotel which is not convenient by today's standards. Self serve laundry service should be considered as more hotels are doing that. The location is good but not the best compared to the next two hotels being Tegoo and Millennium.

Cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 5 étoiles. Vous trouverez un meilleur rapport qualité/prix ailleurs. + Chambres spacieuses et grandes. Petit déjeuner très complet (mais très chère). Assez bonne localisation. Petit déjeuner offert suite à : odeur infecte de cigarette dans notre chambre + une vue décevante. − Odeur horrible de cigarette dans la chambre, pas possible d'en avoir une autre pour la 1ère nuit. Deuxième chambre: idem. Il a donc fallut attendre un 2ème changement de chambre pour enfin avoir une odeur normale dans la chambre. Les odeurs dans les couloirs sont atroces. La piscine est trop professionnelle (bonnet etc...). Je suis tombé malade après avoir mangé le petit déjeuner. Anglais très approximatif pour un 5 étoiles. Pas d'accès libre aux machines à laver.

Good location and facilities, regretttable fee practices + Location and facilities − The surprise deposit that was requested It was significantly higher than the price , supposedly for the minibar (which was filled with two evians and a fridge magnet for sale)… getting the remaining deposit released also takes multiple weeks…
