+ The hotel is still new, about a year old. The front desk gentlemen and ladies are polite and freindly. The hotel is not really in walking distance to East Railway Station, especially if you have luggages. And the Taxi could not drop off or pick you up from the front door of the hotel. You need to walk to the nearest intersection to get a taxi. And if you are a foreigner and don't have Taxi App on your phone, it's better to ask the front desk to help you which they are helpful. The area is still developing, so there're a lot of construction sites around it. Hopefully it will improve in a couple of years.

+ Very late to the hotel, the front desk service was super good when checking in, great, the hotel location is super good, next to the East Railway Station, the traffic is very convenient, very good hotel.

Clean, and comfortable hotel. + The hotel is near the railway station, extremely convenient. The hotel is quite clean and all the staffs are friendly as well.

Excelente categoría para un hotel HI!!! + El hotel está muy bien ubicado; a 20 minutos a pie de la estación de Hangzhou Este. La habitación es muy cómoda y amplia. Las almohadas y ropa de cama muy buena. El desayuno completisimo! Excelente nivel para un hotel de la categoría de un HI. Muy recomendable!

+ Took a private hire car from the airport to get there (130 RMB), as it isnt close to the Metro but once we were there, everything we needed was nearby. Hangzhou East train station is about 1 mins walk away, and there are numerous eating places next to the hotel, along with a 7-11 ao you wint go hungry. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay + Comfortable room and amenities. Many eateries around. A shopping mall is beside but not much shops around. Near to train station a plus.

+ I didn't expect to have such a comfortable room/stay. However, I was very surprised to be waken up at 6 am by honking cars after spending a few days in Shanghai where this practice has apparently been outlawed. A better noise-proofing would be nice.

+ The station is also nearby and the location is good. Good breakfast. But I was in trouble because the refrigerator was broken. There is a repeat.

+ Great hotel with great location for public transportation, 3 minutes of walking from subway station which leads to both West Lake or Airport. Only minor complaint is the cigarette smell in the non smoking room. This is the same experience like many other hotel in China. There are just too many smokers in China and they don’t always follow the hotel rules.
