+ El personal del hotel muy atentos y aunque no hablan ingles hacen lo posible para ayudarte. Sobre la ubicación del hotel tendría que decir que es un buen sector pero esta alejado del centroturistico y no tiene lineas de metro cercanas que permita tomar servicio público, nos toco movilizarnos en DIDI

Over all a good hotel with potential to be better. + The kindness of the hotel staff. The meeting area in the 2nd floor. − Too less Western Food options for breakfast as you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. The Shower cabin needs a major renovation (Lime). No shelfs for shirts, pants or socks.

+ Location is good. Staff is willing to help even though they don't speak English. Free water bottles available. Pizza Hut, Starbucks and few local bistros just nearby. − The staff speaks only basic English. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom could have been better. I've found dusty shelves in the room. Limited options of vegetables for breakfast. Breakfast is overpriced.

Персонал отзывчивый, Kaia вообще супер, помогла купить билеты в Universal Studios, позвонила и все уточнила, языковой барьер через digital переводчик, Персонал отличный. WI-FI отличный. В отеле есть рядом Pizza Hut , китайский ресторан, напротив магазин, в 10 минутах китайской ресторан с Уткой по пекински. − Локация не очень, если ты хочешь чтобы все было под рукой.
