親子遊好地方 + 酒店有很多不同的親子活動, 有如買套票就可玩大部分設施。 非套票的話, 免費設施有: 玩室內 遊戲室, 波波池, 跳彈床, 參觀小小動物園, 游泳池等。非套票往來皇岡要60元一位

+ 因為中央空條,房間有點熱,打去客戶也沒改善。 清潔人員清潔時,聲音有點大。 其他都很滿意。

周圍環境很好，房間整潔，酒店員工有禮！ + 退房當日剛巧遇著香港掛8號波，由於唔知風球會維持多久，又怕遲左會較難乘車，於是便安排提早回港，便照原定計劃book酒店shuttle bus由東莞直接返回元朗錦田觀瀾停車場，點知當我們到達皇崗口岸時，司機才告訴我們香港方面未能安排車接我們到錦田，要我們自行乘車回去，當時真係有一種被放飛機的感覺，點解唔早d話俾我知有相關安排……但車費又收足……過關時……人頭湧湧……皇巴大排長龍……好似走難咁……感恩我們能趕及尾班車回港，呢個經歷……真係非常深刻。

Golf weenend + Great golf weekend, the courses are great, the service is very professional.

Mission Hills stay + Our stay at Mission Hills was very good exceptional rooms, very clean and the golf course grounds is beautiful. However the walking distance (another building) to the buffet breakfast was too far and not marked very well. There isn't a very good restaurant option at this hotel.

+ 酒店職員很友善，前台服務員Lucky很好.....但房間原先應設有水果郤沒有了，後來前台服務人員說會加返，但結果也沒有加，打到總机再問也沒有回覆。某些服務有待改進

+ Amazing experience. Have Google Translate ready. Assistance in English is harder to find here. The facility is amazing and a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is always our home in the area when we visit.

+ It was a nice stay overall. Very quiet and relaxing. However the pool wasn’t open and it felt understaffed in some areas. A few times employees were sleeping on job.

+ 體驗有點兒兩極，我們訂了兩個房間，一個家庭套房另外一個普通房，家庭套房很漂亮很酷，孩子很開心，但入住的時候櫃檯找不到我們的預定（最後說在備份才找到），浪費了很多時間，另外普通房間晚上很大的機器聲音（最後酒店換了個房間給我們），但冷氣機也是比較大聲的

+ 正面：房間很大，服務員態度很友善，早餐自助餐的選擇亦豐富 負面：觀瀾湖度假酒店有深圳及東莞分店，東莞分店明顯較遠，與運動公社及商場亦有一大段距離，幸好有穿梭巴士，但亦很費時。
