Stay was luxurious − What i didnot like is about Booking.com .I paid around 17537 rs from India which the receptionist told they will refund at the time of check out.But at the time of checking out they said what u paid it's to booking.com ,they haven't received any money though I have paid online and I have proof.They told to complain in customer care of booking.com.From next year we will not book from India,rather prefer to book Buland on spot. .Thank you
