+ This hotel is very nice. My only real complaint is the location and presentation. It is not on the ground floor and the taxi driver had a hard time finding it. When we arrived, there were construction materials stacked high in front and that added to the confusion. The area feels unsafe, to a foreigner who is not used to life in China cities, but in reality, I think it was just fine. Just not the feeling I wanted for my late arrival. However, with all that said, the inside and room and breakfast and staff service was top notch.

Won’t stay here again. Though good and welcoming staff and service from the crew + Great location − People smoking by the corridor. Perpetual smoke smell lingering. Bad for my young kid. And only heater setting. Room gets really warm even when you open the windows during winter. Poorly ventilated room and can smell smoking from the door

Passable + Location and cleanliness were the only positives − Staff couldn’t communicate in English, the breakfast didn’t cater to global customers, the room was too small, the shower area had no door and water spilled to the other side, the room was next to elevator and we were literally awake half of the night and early morning when people were talking and walking outside feeling as if we are sleeping in the corridor, the room was too small compared to what’s advertised and paid for.

+ Location − If you don’t want to reply through booking.com chat box why the hell you place your room in here ? I sent massage for three times, no one replied my requesting. That’s really bad ….😑
