hotel should change the glass window near the bar or cover the bar with inssulation wall − A bar / cafe is very noisy in the night, i complain but no action from the staff. I cannot sleep every nights

+ Staff was super friendly, especially Moa at the desk who arranged a taxi and found out adres of Cloud Nine, a Chinese Spa. − Entrance through a tea room with smokers. Also smoking on the terrace next to the bar.

it is not a 4 star hotel ! + the family room concept was nice. Facility in the reception and breakfast area was good. Location is good, near to a lot of sightseeing spots, as well a lot of food options around the hotel. − Floor area is old and dirty. The furniture in the room are very dirty, sticky and old. Especially the sofa had a large stain. Room has a strange smell, only after we let the aircon run and open the window it was better. Picture in the internet of the hotel is not showing the reality.

+ Cheap,good rooms for the money you pay − The guests in every other room were smoking in their rooms with open doors. There are lots of signs that smoking is prohibited and there is a penalty for inside smoking,but that’s just a sign and no one cares about smoking. People were literally smoking non stop and stuff didn’t bother at all. Also seen prostitutes going in and out of the rooms few times in just a 3 days stay. Definitely not the family friendly hotel

Séjour très agréable, il sont même eu une attention le jour de mon anniversaire + LE petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, un mélange de traditionnel et continental afin de retrouver un peu de la nourriture que l'on connaît. − pas assez de différent choix de fruits par exemple.

+ Хорошая гостиница, номера очень чистые, полотенца менялись каждый день.вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Рядом оживленная улица и множество мест где можно поесть. Также рядом полно магазинчиков и аптек. Остались максимально довольны своим проживанием в данной гостинице.
