+ Very convenient location on Line2 subway- conference center, access to Galleria mall food court on the 4th floor, very spacious rooms, very high quality steel cookware in the kitchen, clean house keeping, very good breakfast with different options every day, polite and helpful staff. + Location is very good, close to the shoreline and there is a shopping mall which you can enter directly from the hotel − Breakfast could've been better, I wish there was more variety of food, especially fruits.

心も体もゆっくり過ごせる滞在 + 地下鉄と直結していて、空港からの移動、繁華街（友好広場、中山広場等）への移動がたいへん楽でした。 また、スーパーとも直結しているので、買い物や食事にもたいへん便利でした。 ＧＹＭとプールも使い放題、部屋には乾燥機付き洗濯機（洗剤付き）も完備されていて、困ることが何一つありませんでした。 − 宿泊体験としては何もありません。何一つ不自由のない最高の滞在でした。 唯一あるとすれば、タクシーの運転手がホテルの場所が分からず少し迷子になったことです。 DIDIを使っていれば何ら問題ありません。外国宿泊者向けに、タクシー運転手に見せる場所を示す名刺サイズのカードがあると助かると思います。

Poor owing to staff and poor practice − The hotel took a security deposit of 500 RMB. They said it would be refunded but it’s still showing as pending on my credit card. That’s over one month ago and I cannot get it taken off. I wasn’t expecting to pay this deposit - very poor business practice.

대가족 추천 숙소 + 네 맛있게 먹었어요. 부모님도 드실 수 있는 메뉴가 있었고 아이들도 잘 먹었습니다. 늦잠으로 조식을 이용하지 못하는 아이들을 위한 도시락 박스도 주셔서 잘 담아 먹일 수 있었어요~ 체크아웃 이후에 6층 라운지를 이용할 수 있게 해주어 편안하게 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요. 한국어 가능한 남자 직원과 영어 가능한 여자 직원이 로비 카운터에 있어서 좋았습니다. − 화장실 샤워부스 내 물빠짐이 조금 약하고 청소가 덜 된 느낌을 받았어요. 물도 잘 나오고 다른 건 다 좋은데 약간 아쉽습니다. 최상급 서비스인만큼 가격은 조금 비싼 편이라고 생각되었습니다만, 대가족이 머물기에는 좋은 곳이라 추천합니다.

Wonderful experience in a spacious and perfectly located apartment + Spacious apartment, just next to the mall. The apartment building has a direct connection to the mall, which is very convenient. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent service at the reception desk and by the cleaning staff. We enjoyed the personal touch with a nice welcome gift for the kids. − Nothing

残念 + 部屋が大きく、駅からも近くとても快適でした。 − ブッキングドットコムなのか宿泊施設の誤りなのか、サイトに記載の最寄駅の漢字が1文字間違っており、全く違う 場所に降り立ってしまい、時間もお金も体力も取られて非常に迷惑でした。 また、それで到着が遅れたにもかかわらずチェックイン開始の時間から約3時間経過しているのに、まだ部屋が準備されていないと17時少し前にホテルに着いたのに待たされました。

Very pleasant hotel + Amazing hotel. Smooth check in ( although you need to pay a deposit which I was unaware of , but they return it after check out, and it was immediately returned to my bank card ), friendly staff, and clean room. Kitchen facilities are nice and include everything you might need for your stay. There is also some detergent for the washing machine (the machine is a washer + dryer in one ). Rooms are cleaned daily unless you ask otherwise. The breakfast is exceptional. Both Chinese and western option are available. Although the venue for the breakfast is smaller than I thought, the food is really good and tasty! Also I would like to highlight the kindness of the hotel staff. The usual check out is at 13:00, but they allowed us to check out 1 hour later for free! This was extremely helpful since our train was later in the day. The location is great! The hotel is next door to the big shopping centre that has everything you might need - great restaurants, clot…
