− 同じ系列ホテルで近くにホテルの名前がとても似た店舗があり、最初間違ってそちらに行ってしまった。 ホテルのスタッフは、毎日10から20名程、間違えるお客様がいると聞いた。それだけ間違える様なホテル名は、出来るだけ早く変えるかほかの対策をとって欲しい。

+ Clean and luxury − The shuttle bus didn’t come on time I waited around an hour after a long flight then when I arrived to the hotel none of my three bank cards worked in thier broken eftpos machine although I had enough money in them I was lucky to have $ cash so I went to exchange to Chinese money as they didn’t accept the USA $. So that was waste of my time after really long trip and all I needed was a bed to sleep on

Court et parfait + Le monsieur de la navette était très gentil et serviable. Nous avons fait une nuit pour notre escale. Le personnel adorable. La chambre juste top et super spacieuse ! La literie était parfaite et nous avons super dormi. La salle de bain était bien spacieuse. L'eau en bouteille et les softs dans le frigo de la chambre étaient très appréciable. Merci pour l'accueil :)) − rien

Goed verblijf voor als je bij de airport van PVG Shanghai moet zijn + Lieve medewerkers iedereen hielp je heel goed. Zelfs toen we om 03:00 ‘s nachts aankwamen in het hotel werd er gemakkelijk 2 dagen extra bijgeboekt − Ze spreken niet Engels, maar er werd wel gewerkt met een translate app wat opzich prima werkten
